A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an appointment and is applied to the final tattoo cost. The appointment is not reserved until the deposit is received. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.
Provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may forfeit the deposit and require a new one before rebooking.
Contact me or the studio as soon as possible if you are running late. Significant lateness may shorten the appointment or require rescheduling and a new deposit.
Custom designs are prepared for the booked client and are not released as standalone artwork. Small adjustments can be made at the appointment. Major concept changes may require rescheduling, repricing, or a new deposit.
Confirm before bringing a guest. Children and pets are not permitted in the procedure area. Disrespectful, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior will end the appointment.
Touch-up eligibility depends on placement, healing, timing, and aftercare. Work affected by picking, sun exposure, neglect, or normal wear in high-friction areas may be charged. Contact me with clear healed photos.
